I sure hope they will rescue OpenBSD. Somebody needs to. If not OSDL, some
companies with vested interest will do so now that the appeal for donation
is out there...
Computer Associates, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Ltd., HP, IBM, Intel, NEC fund OSDL
and, in turn, some of the money reaches OSS developers. That's excellent!
It's virtaully as though work on GPL'd project can be perceived as
employment, where the employer are companies that use OSS.
