This points to an excellent step-by-step description with many screenshots
(Dapper beta). This looks very impressive from usability's stance. Another
thread from the past hour (ex-Microsofter in C.O.L.A.) argues that Ubuntu
was painless and the entire installation process required just a single
reboot (Windows XP needed to do so twice and had trouble with BIOS).
