Mozilla Thunderbird is one among a few I can think of as a mail client
that will correspond with Palm OS. Thunderbird had a calendar added
recently, but I believe that it will not interoperate with a Palm
handheld, yet. Other programs that will work are Palm Desktop (for Mac OS
X and Windows), as well as that default PIM application from Apple
(iCal?)...
If you are using Linux with GNOME, Evolution will do the trick as a
PIM-type application. If you use KDE, there are many applications like
Kontact, KOrganiser and so forth, which will potentially get synchronised
with your Palm. Even barebone Linux will convert your memos PDB into some
text files which you can easily read and edit on your desktop to have the
desired effect.
Hope it helps,
Roy
