No,  no.  I left ambiguity there and I saw it after I had posted.  What  I
meant  to  say is that I can't think of some niche where the two  actually
/collaborate/.   As  a  contrary  example,  take  Google-Amazon  going  to
Microsoft-Amazon.  I can recall that eBay negotiation with Microsoft _and_
Yahoo  over Google fears. These executives are getting cozy and are  being
united by the common threat.
