Does it say anything about removing OLD software?

Once again the EULA providers show their contempt for the concept of
contracts. The penalty for them to break the EULA is trivial or
nothing. The penalty for ME to break the EULA is ruin. They claim
that violations of the EULA means the license is revoked, and using the
product violates their copyrights ... which opens me up to over
$100,000 in fines, legal costs, and possibly jail if the new copyright
proposals become law. The EULA is a one way contract, the buyer gets
nothing that goes beyond what he paid for at the retail store, but he
does lose lots.
It brings the culture of master and serf into the 21st century.

Use Microsoft, go to jail.
