I would suspect hand copied and pasted, rather than a bot (a bot would 
be more consistent with spelling). At least one does mention the problem 
and even makes suggestions other than simply giving the company money. 
So it doesn't entirely appear to be trying to make money rather than 
giving free help..

Although the poster doesn't hide the fact that he is from the company 
concerned - he could spell it out a bit more clearly. Otherwise, it 
could be mistaken as an unbiased opinion rather than a sales pitch.
