Very true. A search might be indication of a flaw, to which
documentation/assistance is unavailable in paper form (or from the
next-door neighbour, Hot lines, etc.). One could interpret the figures in
a positive context and argue that distributions such as Ubuntu obviated
the need to search for answers.
