For a second there I thought you were referring to FireFTP, so I held my
breathe. FireFTP is far from reliable, let alone predictable.

My favourites:

For drag-and-drop goodness: KDE's Konqueror

For speed and versatility (features as well): gFTP

Both of the above are multithread-enabled, which can reduce hours into 5
minutes under some circumstances.
