Cunning? Stealth? People have seen this one coming for years, including
the EU. And the CATV companies. They don't want to be beholding to
Microsoft's licensing fee system and they have resisted Microsoft's
advances. But Microsoft has countered with some of the most vicious,
underhanded tactics that they have no defense against.....
Microsoft offers them money.
