Customer Relationship Management, which notably is ascribed to SAP, who are
rather close to Microsoft and, much like Microsoft, they strongly oppose
Open Source. Search the Web some of the mind-boggling statements of their
CEO...
I forgot to mention OpenCRM, which is not free, but is Open Source
