It's already happening.
Google are indexing their own search results,
AOL search results, Lycos search results,
Hotbot search results etc.
This effectively creates pages that also get indexed
by the other engines and so the loop continues
They are heading for a right mess
You can also create the loop effect yourself up to
3 times before you get booted.
