I didn't quite know that coming in. I heard/read negative reviews with
regards to customer service (Microdirect likewise), but was hoping to be
among the lucky ones. I was not. *sigh*
By the way, the eBuyer offers, which I know are cheaper, were brought to my
attention a few months ago. While Dabs sold it for GBP 165 at the time,
eBuyer sold it for GBP 127, IIRC.
