	 "Investors want him to respond to calls to boost the stock
	 by using Microsoft's $34.8 billion cash hoard to buy back
	 shares. They also want him to stop spending money on new products
	 and acquisitions next fiscal year."

Even the Wall Street folks have had enough, it would seem.  They want
their money back, or at least, some of it.  And the want MS to stop
losing money - could be tougher nut to crack.  If these folks get their
way, Vista might not be released at all.
