Even if Novell Corp hadn't decided to demonstrate to the whole world
that they are incapable of learining from history, they would still be in a
precarious position as Ubuntu is quickly picking up steam as a commercial
desktop and looks to be getting ready for a nice push into the server space.
As a server OS, Debian already trumps SLES anyways.
Even based on pure merit, Novell's position is eroding.
