Probably FUD to discourage commercial use of other distributions, but
also an implicit warning that commercial Linux developers should stay
away from any code released by Novell from this point forward. An
joint announcement from Microsoft and Novell
(http://www.novell.com/linux/microsoft/openletter.html) mentions
collaborative development on several existing open source projects. If
one of these projects somehow became tainted with proprietary code and
then distributed by another vendor, the consequences could be very bad.
