what that infringement is and sue now to avoid courts
dismissing penalty and punishment claims, also go 100% legal
by making statements in the SEC filings so that investors
are aware of their company and their true position and just to
top it all off, face prosecution in the EU for distributing
SuSE in EU. The EU has strong medication for
people 'declare their beliefs' in a business context
and can't substantiate their declared beliefs with facts.
