Yes. It is a CLI shell. The *exact* thing the local Windows pundits have
been ranting against in Linux for years, with comments such as "CLI is
dead" or "Everyone else has moved on" and the like.
Apparently, Microsoft - according to the local Windows apologists - is too
stupid to realize this is 1970's technology (another pet term they use to
refer to the CLI) and thus are moving backwards, not forwards.
Unless, of course, the local Windows apologists are, on the whole, simply
dumber than a sack of hammers, which to be honest wouldn't be much of a
stretch to suggest.
