I'm sure there's a good, charitable reason for that. Perhaps it's to
help highlight the wonderful news of the great works they do in
countries where MS is coincidentally trying to bribe some government
officials into signing exclusive deals. You know, to counter the bad
press MS is getting for their misconstrued attempts at bribery and
extortion. Or it could be they don't want people to be exposed to
distressing press, like gains made in the future by linux and/or the
OLPC project.

Not that the need for owning the press matters. They're a charity, and
they're doing good works.

You might ask Msg-ID Larry about it. He's a knowledgeable expert in all
such things.
