If FSF sues them for GPL v2 violations and win, then that fork will have to
go to some other GPL compatible license that allows these shenanigans. I do
not think one exists.
In the meantime, this might be a good time for all Linux developers to move
en masse to GPL v3. Let Novell fork 1 million projects if they like. Also,
if the kernel went GPL v3, it will be interesting to see Novell try and
manage the whole process for their fork.
Its time for the open source community to screw these traitors. Royally.
