...Also imagine the implication on security. A friend of mine used to work on
RISC OS and the vendor boasted security that's the residue of a ROM-driven
O/S. I imagine that all storage will be done on-line (GDrive /et al/)... or
maybe a peripheral USB device (pen or mass-storage) can be used. This
changes the whole perspective one has in this domain... it should be
suitable for home use (well, /some/ homes), not only kiosk setups...
