Lessee... MS gives the award to someone who is *already* *known* to be
a malware maggot, and gets spanked for it...

Whereas Suse uses something written by someone who only *later*
*suspected* to be involved in murder.

Yeah.  Awarding someone you know is scum is definitely the same as having
the ability to tell the future, to know that someone will be accused of
something.
