Mobility; platform-independence; the ability to take work home, without
licensing or installations woes. It's a force to be reckoned with. Such
services (e.g. mail, calendars, spreadsheets) can be installed on a _local
network_, so privacy should _not_ be an issue (a void counter-argument that
I saw in some sites).
