There is a general inflation in the market. Technology's demand and reach
stretches further, so it's a question of relativity, not just growth.
Microsoft only feeds on antiquated cash cows that locked in customers with
high exit barriers, skills, and proprietary data formats. Vista and Office
2007 are set to be even more overpriced than before---something that has
already brought Microsoft to court where it settled with vouchers.
