Of course the difference being that Microsoft was declared a Monopoly
by the courts, and monopolies are barred from certain behavior that
is perfectly fine for non-monopolies.  Furthermore, Microsoft provides
'kickbacks' (usually in the form of co-advertising dollars) for selling
Windows exclusively.  Linspire is providing kickbacks for selling Linux
in addition to Windows.  Not quite the same thing.
