The release of the PS3 was delayed. It'll be out in March rather than
November. The reason? They want to ensure they can cope with demand/supply,
as well as deliver something reliable, without being hasty. Think for a
second about a company whose software products were always deadline-driven,
very buggy*, and overly expensive. Had the EULA applies to hardware as well
(no liability), there would be some angry XBox buyers out there.

Best wishes,

Roy

*Microsoft redfines the term release candidate with Vista, so expect matter
to get even worse than history suggests. Then think about the frail state of
Windows XP, which along with its predecessors, has ruined our Web.
