If Intel actually thinks Linux is below 1 percent on the desktop, then
I'm not surprised they are losing ground to AMD. Google put Linux at
over one percent several years ago, and that is without counting browsers
that did not identify the operating system. Other surveys put it at
just under 3 percent only two years ago. Recent estimates place it at
somewhere between 4 and 6... and those are conservative estimate.
