An awesome Free VoIP Business Class Phone and Fax System can be
downloaded at
www.adminsparadise.com/downloads.html

It works with open standards based SIP phones and can even work with
cisco phones with the benefit of not having to pay licence fees to
connect to the server.
The phone system has music-on-hold, roaming users, paging, web based
faxing, ivrs etc.
All with a web gui for administration.

It looks like the AdminsParadise website will be showing you how to
setup an enterprise network using free
opensource products..
