Google realizes that the game is pretty much up as advertisers are starting
to scrutinize "Ad Sense" and finding it quite lacking.
Suddenly they have to add to their "advertising oomph" by buying this
company -- but it's really just a move to prop up the stock price -- which
is really wanting to drop like a brick now that employees are hitting their
3 year anniversary and probably will cash out and retire en masse.
