How many delays have they had in the past year? Compute Cluster, Windows
Mobile, Vista, TV software (they got sort of dumped as a result), Office...
Something must be rotten in the codebase, or rather hard to maintain over
there...
I could give links, but there are scattered all over the place. Partners of
Microsoft get screwed as a result of these uncalled-for delays, and they
complain about the quality of the code too (Verizon, IIRC).
