Yes, that must be the one I had in mind (haven't followed the link).

Maybe I should install SETI@home and get some excuses. I'll admit that I can
take quite a few sips of coffee while Firefox starts up. It's totally
bloated with dozens of extensions, which makes it more of a toolkit/Swiss
army knife than a Web browser.
