Actually, it is currently XP-lite (a.k.a. Starter Edition) that they are
peddling to the Third World, although they've yet to explain what the
ramifications will be for these victims after XP's EOL in January 2008.

Presumably Microsoft will send them a hot steaming mug of "tough shit",
and suggest they buy a new laptop from Intel with Vista installed.
