Survey: 30% Of Businesses Have No Plans To Upgrade To Windows Vista

Bear in mind that while only 2% use Vista, 25% of those surveyed already use
it, so there was even bias _in favour_ of Microsoft. Here's something to
make the businesses hurry up and just choose a different O/S
