I think they just pass the blame to save the emporer. As Maverick recently
said, it's the 'good ol' boys club' scenario.

A few minutes into the program, the idea of using money to affect
regulation/legitlation gets mentioned. Good clip overall, with Microsoft
getting its own share of shame.
