People have to wake up.

Right now Sprint, Google and Clearwire are teamed up to deliver a
nationwide WiMax network.

That's 75Mbps of network speed, wireless, anywhere.

DRM is about downloaded media. But streaming media is what's
important. I can watch DVD quality movies from Netflix, streamed,
over my 1.5Mbps Clearwire connection (Windows only, because they use
Silverlight DRM). I can listen to 1,000,000 CDs streamed from
Rhapsody.

Implementing DRM for these streams should be no more difficult than
implementing SSL Certs.
