I seriously doubt they have gone away.
They have gone for a group hug and sitting by countless piles
of money from Micoshaft Corporation obtained through overcharging
monopoly customers so they can create the next
wave of attacks.

The attack seems to be focusing around Micoshaft's claim that
Linux is a derived work of Unix - a lie they filed at SEC
to which every investor has the right to sue Micoshaft Corporation for.

As every Unix and Linux engineer knows, Linux is not Unix,
just modelled after the standards that Unix and other
operating systems adheres to. If it is a derivate work of
Unix as Micoshaft Corporation board members claimed in their
SEC filing, then all Micoshaft Corporation and its lying board
members have to do is produce
one version of Unix which has been modified to produce Linux.
But Linux was written from ground up without copying Unix.
So, as they can't produce this original Unix (just like SCO$),
they are totally fscked.
But thats not going to stop them.
What they are going to do now is buy out Novel.
The unix brand name will over time diminish in value for Novel
raising the temptation to sell out, and as
Linux powers on, the sooner they buy out Novel,
and Unix, the sooner they can mount a SCO$ like attack on other
Linux vendors in the same old way as SCO$.

Ultimately it will fail just like SCO$.

Investors need to realize this and challeng Micoshaft Corporation
to retract that Linux is a derivate work of Unix from
the SEC report or wait for the inevitable consequences
of long term planned out litigation thuggery organised
by windummies at Micoshaft Corporation.
