This is disruption, and very much about how the new world will replace
the old.  The ODF/OOXML debate is rather pointless, it just doesn't
matter.  Nobody will be adopting OOXML, because it's proprietary.

Attempting to decommoditise is unlikely to be successful, but will
certainly upset customers.  If Telstra have spent lots of money in
developing a proprietary office suite in the present environment, I
suggest that they look for some new management.
