For what it's worth, you can get many of the useful feature without the
clutter using, e.g. KasBar and KPager. Beryl is an excellent way of
showcasing the power and speed of collaboration (open source), even the
efficiency of the code. Alas, just like 'flip mode' it's rarely obvious how
it helps productivity. Probably a good 'recruitment tool' in shared offices.
