Depends on one's paranoia. :-) Ideally, those 97%
would represent a mix in the community; some might
indeed buy Vista later, after it's been properly patched.
Others might look at packaged alternatives such as Mac
OSX/x86 version -- when (if?) it comes out for general
x86 equipment. Solaris/x86 is out there somewhere.
FreeBSD, too.
And of course there's Linux.
Since this is not an ideal market, it's hard to say.
