Windows Mobile 6 Doesn't Go Far

While Linux makes large strides in mobile devices, Windows seems to be
standing still. For the record, a Palm device only takes about 5 seconds to
start up (depending on many factors) and it rarely ever crashes or requires
a re[boot|set].
