The part they fail to tell you is IBM off shoring thousands of jobs.
Investing in call centers, research organizations etc in Bangalore, Manila
and other God forsaken places where they underpay their slave labor.
Employees who are being pushed to the limit while being underpaid and
constantly harassed.
