Won't happen.  I guarantee it.  Neither IBM or Red Hat is foolish enough to
file a lawsuit it has no hope of winning.  Especially not Red Hat, who
would be castrated by it's shareholders for wasting profits getting into a
pissing match with a company with billions of dollars sitting in the bank.

Why do they have no hope of winning?  Because Microsoft is merely
expressing it's opinion, and you can't sue someone to stop expressing an
opinion.
