TSMC: Vista adoption will not boost PC sales

Given that Vista will usually require a new PC, this projection indicates
that firms do not believe in Vista's prospects, despite hope.
The only studies suggesting that Vista will spur sales are commissioned by
Microsoft, IIRC.
