Vista SP1 beta 1 to launch in mid-July

They really ought to release betas of their patches as well. Almost every
month, some patches break something, due to unforeseen conflicts.

People can now run unstable software on top of another piece of unstable
software (see below).

The Guardian says that SP1 will probably be ready in 2008, not November, based
DoJ filings.
