Suing customers and GPL developers would be and impractical and would
generate a public relations disaster. Even Microsoft with their 500
monkey suit lawyers wouldn't be that irresponsible.
Wine IS a real problem for Microsoft. Running apps without a Microsoft
OS really gets their goat. They'll probably just send Guido
door-to-door to break some knees.
