'twas inevitable, I think. Vista really hasn't grabbed the imagination,
which might not've been so much of a problem had it not been for the
amazing success of the Ubuntu guys in making the headlines. That
combination, coupled with Google's so visible growth has left Microsoft
as a child of the 80s, adult of the 90s and geriatric legacy in the 00s.
I'm sure they'll reinvent themselves, but it'll take some time.
