You can reuse common primers.

Just don't mention Windows problems to those who have never used anything else.
It drives them away sometimes, just like those Mac ads.

Sometimes it helps if you show them something they would never realise existed,
e.g. resize and move windows with the mouse and combos, copy and paste with
the middle key, virtual desktops, etc.

Linux won in Wal-mart last night. It turns out they'll be selling Linux PCs.
It's like every week Linux wins another major distributors. Those Windows-only
contracts are being fragged like flies. How long before H-P's and Toshiba's
announcement...?
