I bet towards the end they were only selling boxed Linux to those customers
who didn't know what it was they were buying and consequently then having
to deal with the irate customers complaining of how 'that Linux program'
messed up their machine.
Not much fun for the customer service rep but I'd love to be a fly on the
wall for that one.
