The other day, someone who has used many toolkits (included GTK and some
Windows & Mac native ones) said that Qt became a model for others to catch
up with (or imitate). On Linux, I have only used GTK (and Qt very briefly),
but judging by AmaroK and some KDE 4 programs, Qt is truly astounding.
