Microsoft to buy stake in China's Sichuan Changhong

They do hardware, cable, processors, Web services... it's no longer a
software company because. The company realises that its days in this market
are numbered. It's like IBM a couple of decades ago. Can they evolve
successfully? Margins are clearly not sustainable.
