I think a second phase of growth of Linux will be through services
in the cloud like www.rentacoder.com that provides commercial
services of demand. Demand has outstripped supplies.
The best and fastest way the innovation can ramp up ever harder is for
the cloud to offer ever more distributed software services
and for management to dive in and make more uses of services
that efficiently dispatches resources from whereever it is available
to wherever it is needed across the globe.
